I restarted the computer and repaired the phone with the computer – Voila! This product is a low-profile PCIe to M.2 adapter for
Ps3eye driver windows 7. I've checked device manager, and it lists everything as working fine (USB Camera-B4.09.24.1), and lists the PS3Eye drivers in the device properties as working fine. I've exhausted all of the Google-fu I'm capable of on the subject, and unfortunately, most of the information is fairly outdated, because it seems Code Laboratories has basically dropped support of the project.
